We woke up to a hand between two pillows and a whole lot of corn. Still in Nebraska and I was getting tired of the same old stuff.
We got excited when we sw the river, because that meant we were out of Nebraska and in into Iowa!
Then we found out Iowa was "The Corn State."
Lots of ears, no one to hear...
Then came another river (Mississippi) and Iowa was gone. It only took one book on tape a two truck stops.
Wahoo legal limit is .08. Crack me a cold one pops. Never mind I'm behind the wheel of a 23,000 pound steel box!
Yes that says we are now in Illinois. Chicago is comming up.
This is what Chicago looks like at night at 65 mph. Yea we thought the same thing, so we kept driving and made it to South Bend Indiana. What a great place to sleep!
That does it for day two. We put in a lot of miles and earned our eight hours of sleep. We're over half way there.
