I took these pictures after our last ice/freezing rain storm, but I forgot to post them. Out here we not only get snow storms, but these wonderful ice storms. The images are beautiful in the sunlight, but so much fun when you lose power.
This is ice covering all the trees not snow.

I saw a clip of this on the news. It does look beautiful but I'm not too sad that we missed it!
YiKes! Jess and I were just saying yesterday how it would be nice to go somewhere warm for medical school. Too bad Iowa isn't warm huh!? I'm dreading their ice storms, but I guess we can get some pointers from you on what to do when the power goes out for days when the time comes. :)
